All orders from Improper Hair will be promptly processed and shipped to customers within 5-10 business days.

Please note that Improper Hair does not offer refunds. However, we do provide the option for store credit or exchange. Exchanges are only accepted for unused hair and products that are still in their original packaging and sealed. Any items being exchanged will be shipped back to the customer within 5 business days.
