Refund policy

Improper Hair DOES NOT PROVIDE REFUNDS. Items can ONLY BE RETURNED FOR STORE CREDIT OR EXCHANGE. We provide an exchange for unused hair and products only that are still packaged and sealed. Items that are being exchanged will be shipped back to the customer within 5 business days.
